  • Visit us at an upcoming Open House
    WEDNESDAYS from 8:45am-10:00am and select Saturdays.
  • Complete the application and submit it with a small clear photo of your child by email or mail. yvette@montessorifamily.com or 7075 Cutting Blvd. El Cerrito, CA 94530. Send your $75 application fee by mail.

  • Send the Teacher Recommendation Form(s) to your child’s most current teacher(s).

Grades 1-8 Recommendation Form»

  • Please send all the completed forms to the office by January 29, 2016.
  • After all the forms have been received, our Admissions Office will contact you to set up a student visit.
  • FINANCIAL AID: Complete a Parent Financial Statement (PFS) by going to www.sss.nais.org/parents or by requesting an application from the Admissions office. Be sure to include our school code 2529 when completing the application. All applications and initial supporting documentation must be completed online or mailed to School and Student Services (SSS) by January 29, 2016.  Additional tax documentation will be required by FEBRUARY 16, 2016.
  • Decision letters for applicants applying to our K – 8 programs will be sent on MARCH 11, 2016.  Enrollment Agreements are due back no later than MARCH 18, 2016.

  • Placement decisions will be made beginning in JANUARY on a space available basis.
  • For those applying for finanical aid:  Complete a Parent Financial Statement (PFS) by going to: www.sss.nais.org/parents or by requesting an application from the Admissions Office. Be sure to include our school code 2529 when completing the application. All applications and initial supporting documentation must be completed online or mailed to School and Student Services (SSS) by January 29, 2016.
